Grand opening details
The brand announced the date on its official Instagram on October 23, 2026. For opening night:
- Doors open at 6 PM on Friday, October 30, 2026.
- The first 30 customers receive an official, individually numbered, limited-edition Chris N Eddy’s hat — one of only 50 made.
- The Glendale space is artist-designed, in line with the brand’s other locations.
If you’re going for the hat, get there early — 30 hats will not last long.
What is Chris N Eddy’s?
Chris N Eddy’s started as a pandemic-era pop-up in Hollywood before opening its first permanent shop in 2021. The menu is built around smash-burger sliders, fries, and shakes, with two signature builds: Chris’s Way (lettuce, tomato, raw onions) and Eddy’s Way (grilled onions, pickles). Loaded fries and shakes round out the menu.
A long road to Glendale
Glendale has been on the brand’s list for a while. Early announcements pointed to a spring 2026 opening, and the date slipped several times — which is why you may have seen older posts promising an earlier opening. The October 30 date is the first one announced with a full grand-opening flyer, so treat it as the confirmed date.
What we don’t know yet
- Regular hours for the Glendale location have not been posted yet. (The Van Nuys shop runs late — 10 AM to 1 AM weekdays, 10 AM to 2 AM weekends — but don’t assume Glendale matches until the brand confirms it.)
- Ordering details for the Glendale shop are unconfirmed.
